The Role
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Client Relationship & Engagement Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, thrives on meaningful conversations, and wants to play an important part in our growth, without the high-pressure environment of a typical “new business” role.
You’ll be the proactive voice of the agency, maintaining strong connections with clients and supporting our account managers to ensure opportunities aren’t missed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with existing and lapsed clients by phone and email to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Following up on previous conversations to identify new opportunities.
- Keeping our CRM and client records accurate and up to date.
- Supporting light marketing activity, such as helping with LinkedIn posts, coordinating small promotional campaigns, or preparing sample packs.
This is a relationship-driven role where variety keeps things interesting, one day you might be reconnecting with a previous client, the next helping coordinate a small promotional campaign or following up on opportunities with our Managers.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re personable, proactive, and highly organised. You’ll bring:
- Strong communication skills—especially on the phone.
- A positive, can-do attitude with initiative and common sense.
- Experience in client-facing, customer relations, or account support roles.
- Organisational skills to stay on top of follow-ups and client records.
- Comfort with light marketing/admin tasks such as LinkedIn activity or mailer coordination.
