Citiguard Security (UK) Ltd are looking to recruit an experience Telesales Agent to join our team located at the head office in Harrow London.
Daily duties will include:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success
