The Role
As a result of continued growth and in line with our "Crazy Goal" which is for "Armstrong Watson to be known as the best Accounting and Financial Advisory firm to deal with, delivering the best client experience in the UK", we are now recruiting for 2 Client Onboarding Administrators to join our team on a part time basis, and be based at our Head Office in Carlisle.
The exact hours of work for each successful candidate will be discussed and agreed as part of the interview and offer processes, but collectively, these colleagues will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
The main elements of this role will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
- Providing clear guidance on the onboarding process, timelines and required documentation
- Ensuring all client onboarding activities comply with Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and GDPR regulations
- Maintaining accurate records on our client systems
- Answering queries and ensuring clients understand how to interact with the firm effectively from an onboarding perspective
- Identifying opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and improve client experience
- Completing any other administrative tasks as and when required

The Candidate
In order to fulfil the responsibilities of the position, we would like candidates to be / have:
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great timekeeping ability
- Experience of using IT systems, and be competent with using standard Microsoft Packages (Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel etc)
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Previous office / administrative working experience
