The Role

We are looking to recruit a Clerical Officer to join the Administration team at University Hospital Wishaw!

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff, in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Contract type

  • Fixed-term or Secondment - 6 months
  • Band 2 / Part Time / 18.5 hours

What we'll need you to bring

  • Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
  • Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
