1 X CLEANER FOR 2 HOURS PER DAY MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 5PM TO 7PM BUT SOME FLEXIBILITY MAY BE NEEDED
NEW ROLE ON SITE TEAM LEADER/CLEANER - THE ON SITE TEAM LEADER/CLEANER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY SUPERVISION OF THE CLEANING TEAM, CHECKING AND MONITORING THE CLEANING ON A DAILY/WEEKLY BASIS IN LINE WITH THE SCHEDULED FREQUENCIES, USING THE CLEANING CHECKLIST TO IDENTIFY ANY AREAS OF CONCERN AND ENSURING THAT A PLAN IS PUT IN PLACE TO RAISE THESE WITH THE APPROPRIATE PERSON / ORGANISING RECTIFICATION WORK AS NEEDED. ON SITE TEAM LEADER/CLEANER TO SPEND THE REMAINDER OF THEIR TIME ASSISTING WITH THE CLEANING IN AREAS THAT NEED MORE ATTENTION SUCH AS ANY DETAIL WORK THAT THE CLEANERS MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO DO.
The successful applicant must be able to clean to a high standard and take pride in their work. Cleaning will involve wiping, mopping, emptying bins, cleaning WC'S / shower areas etc. The job may involve securing of premises so trustworthiness is very important.
