Pride Clean Pembrokeshire is a provider of professional cleaning services, known for delivering high standards and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a reliable, proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining strong relationships with both staff and customers. This role requires someone who is confident in making decisions independently, handles challenges professionally and is passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and support cleaning staff across various sites
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning shifts and coverage
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and feedback
- Train new staff and ensure ongoing compliance with company procedures
- Manage supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory
- Handle issues as they arise and make decisions independently to maintain service quality
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning, supervisor or team leader role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence in making decisions and resolving issues independently
- A professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
- Full driving licence is essential
- Must be over 18 years old
