Job Description
We are seeking reliable, experienced, and hard-working Cleaners to join our team, providing professional cleaning services for our serviced accommodation properties (Airbnb/Shortlets) across Rayleigh, Southend, and Chelmsford.
This role involves preparing properties between guest stays to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare short-term rental properties after guest check-outs
- Change bed linen and towels, and restock toiletries and essentials
- Ensure all rooms are spotless, fresh, and guest-ready
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Report any damages or issues found during cleaning
- Communicate effectively with the operations/management team
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience required (Airbnb, hotels, or similar settings preferred)
- Weekend availability is essential, especially Mondays and Fridays (our busiest turnover days)
- Must have your own vehicle to travel between properties
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain high standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a fast learner
