Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in service quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or methods.
