Upper Court Holiday Cottages
We are looking for part time cleaners to be responsible for the change overs in our holiday cottages and rooms in Manor house . You will need to be experienced at cleaning paying attention to detail and presentation for guests qualities we are looking for :
- Reliable ( always turn up on time for changeovers )
- Great attention to detail and presentation
- Versatile - You are not precious about your job description and are happy to muck in for all tasks ( this could be cleaning the bin area, preparing hot tub or flower arranging !)
- Confident and able to make decisions if leadership team is not around
- Happy to work on your own and equally in a team
- We are based in a village ( at the foot of Bredon Hill ) so you will need to get her independently and not rely on public transport >
-You will need to be happy that there is no career path, this is a lovely job within a supportive and wonderful team of both family members and other employees and freelancers in a beautiful countryside setting . The owners have built a little oasis of creative hospitality . We will value your commitment and hard work but there is no progression and you need to enjoy cleaning !
- Please dont apply if you are just looking for temporary position , we are looking for a long term team member our current lead housekeeper has been with us for over 5 years but is reducing her hours .
- Flexible hours though Wednesdays 9.30- 1.30 would always be required . The remaining hours would fit around changeovers , mainly Friday mornings and Monday mornings .
- Sometimes we may need help with a changeover at the weekend . Would suit a parent of perhaps s older school children as hours are needed through out the year , but our busiest periods are holidays .
- Depending on who applies and what fits we can consider splitting the role between two people. so open to job share
Hourly pay on application depending on experience and position of employee or freelance.
