We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including domestic and commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from debris.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Assist with additional tasks as required, including cooking or food preparation when necessary in hospitality settings.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and early mornings where needed.
