Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Engage with clients courteously, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to drive may be beneficial for travelling between different sites or locations.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
