Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, and sanitised regularly.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
