*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and presentable. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. *Responsibilities* - Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. - Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. - Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. - Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary. - Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally. *Skills* - Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Ability to drive is advantageous for roles requiring travel between multiple sites. - Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. - A customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services. - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
