Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and a proactive drive to complete tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per established protocols.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns from clients courteously.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- A proactive attitude with a strong drive to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
