Job Summary
Tuesday & Thursday 5pm to 8pm.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Good communication skills to ensure clear understanding of tasks and client requirements.
- A valid driving licence is desirable.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Job Type: Part-time
