Job Summary
Tuesday & Friday 5pm to 8pm.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- A valid driving licence is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
