Early Morning Cleaners – Starting from 4:30 AM / 5:30 AM
Join Our Team as an Early Morning Cleaner!
Are you energetic, dependable, and able to start work very early? We are seeking motivated cleaners to work in Hertfordshire, with shifts from 2 to 6 hours daily. You will be responsible for preparing our estate’s Golf clubs, Offices, bedrooms, event spaces, and public areas for guests and functions.
Position: Cleaning Staff / Changeover Cleaners
Location: Hertfordshire, near Hatfield
Start Times:
- Summer: from 4:30 AM
- Winter: from 5:30 AM
Note: Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required, as public transport is unreliable early mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Rapid turnaround cleaning of bedrooms and suites for incoming guests
- Deep cleaning of event spaces, lounges, and public areas after functions, as scheduled
- Restocking toiletries and amenities
- Working efficiently within a 2-6 hour window, with availability for ad hoc and scheduled cleanings
- Supporting light maintenance and supply management
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Previous experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to start early and work flexible shifts (2-6 hours)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Flexible for ad hoc tasks before and after events
What we offer:

Pay: £13.50-£13.91 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
