Mobile Supervisor – Cleaning (with Company Car

Are you an experienced cleaning supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Mobile Supervisor to join our team, providing cleaning services and supervision across multiple sites.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct regular cleaning inspections to ensure high standards are met
- Carry out deep cleans and support teams with on-site cleaning when needed
- Supervise and support cleaning operatives across different locations
- Cover for absent team members and respond to urgent cleaning needs
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in both cleaning and supervisory roles (essential)
- A strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- Full UK driving licence – travel between sites is a key part of the job
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
