We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
Skills
- Ability to drive is preferred for travel between multiple sites.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear understanding of instructions and reporting issues.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying cleaning needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
