Job description
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking cleaners to join our growing team, providing high-quality cleaning services across both domestic and commercial environments, in and around London.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintain a professional attitude, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and cleaning restrooms and kitchens.
- Follow assigned schedules and cleaning checklists for each site.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy, and safe.
- Clock in and clock out accurately via our time-tracking system at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Arrive on time to each scheduled job, ready to begin work promptly.
- Take photographic evidence of completed work to maintain quality assurance and accountability.
- Report any issues, damages, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times while on client premises.
- Be willing to participate in training sessions to learn new techniques or health & safety updates.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Good timekeeping and reliability are essential.
- A willingness to learn and take part in ongoing training.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
