Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Ensure that restrooms are kept clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients or guests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of the premises.
