Responsibilities

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and respond to their needs professionally.
- Assist with additional tasks as required to support the team and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between sites.
