Do you take pride in keeping things clean, tidy and welcoming? We're looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner to help us maintain high standards at The Bay Hotel.
Located in the picturesque village of Robin Hood’s Bay, our busy coastal pub is looking for someone who enjoys a structured routine and takes pride in a job well done. This role is well suited to someone with experience in cleaning and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces in designated areas, including bar areas, restrooms, the office and communal spaces.
- Clean guest rooms to a high standard.
- Have a methodical, thorough approach to cleaning.
- Have good time management and the ability to work independently.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guests requests and concerns with professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
