Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests in a timely manner.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to drive is preferred for travelling between different locations as required.
