We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a school in Chester.
Ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as per health and safety standards.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and inform management when reordering is necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Skills
- Attention to detail and willing to be dbs checked
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
