Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including play rooms, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as necessary.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistency and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors.
Skills
- Good communication skills to report on tasks completed and any issues encountered.
Requirements
- Clear DBS as will be working in a children's setting
- 2 Satisfactory References
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.25 per hour
