Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in school settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and feedback.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
