Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between locations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
