Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in an office environment, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain consistency in service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
