Where could this Children's Support Worker role take you?
Our Children's Support Workers have gone on to become:
- Social Workers

- Mental Health Practitioners

- Educational or Child Psychologists
You’ll be working in a supportive, trauma-informed setting that puts young people at the heart of everything — many of whom have experienced complex needs, including SEND, SEMH, or care system involvement.
You’ll Make a Difference in this Children's Support Worker role through:
- Supporting young people with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges
- Building trusting relationships that boost confidence and wellbeing
- Encouraging independence, self-worth, and belonging
- Helping with daily routines and meaningful activities
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, high-quality care
Requirements for this Children's Support Worker role:
- A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable children
- Some experience working with children, young people, or in a caring environment
