Highly competitive salary - up to £69,300 (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)
Up to 10% performance-related bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (with flexibility to travel across the North West of England)

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- To monitor the quality of care provided in all homes to ensure all regulatory standards are being met or exceeded.
- To undertake regular audits of the quality of care in all homes.
- To work with registered managers and responsible individuals to ensure all action plans are completed in a timely manner.
- To develop effective systems and processes to measure the quality of care and outcomes achieved by young people in our homes.
- To produce and present detailed reports to the Quality Assurance Board every quarter.
- To undertake detailed investigations and provide comprehensive investigation reports as required.
- To lead reflective practice sessions in each service ensuring lessons are learned from any incidents.
- To be trained in an train others in Positive Behaviour Support Practice (PBS) and work with teams to develop effective and consistent PBS practice.
- To work closely with members of the Multi Disciplinary team and department heads.
- To attend Team and Operations meetings as and when required.
- To coach and develop new managers to support them to lead effective teams.
- To work closely with school staff and the education management team.
- To develop audit tools to measure performance against all Ofsted and CIW Regulations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory standards, including Ofsted
- Strong understanding of childcare legislation and safeguarding, including Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Skilled in developing quality systems, risk assessment, and service improvement strategies
- A confident communicator with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about continuous service improvement
- Able to work collaboratively with senior leaders, provide expert support to managers, and drive high-quality standards across services
