We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.

- Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social skills and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to ensure a cohesive support network.
- Drive to various locations as required for outings or appointments, ensuring the safety of all passengers.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children as needed.
- Knowledge of childcare practices and principles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with children and their families effectively.
