We are looking to build our frontline team of professional agents, who are able to work in a professional and friendly manner.
Working with honesty and integrity, you will be responsible for:-
- Travelling to various addresses within a designated area with to enforce Magistrates Liability orders, with a view to collecting outstanding monies or removal of goods
- Communicating effectively and professionally both via telephone and face to face with members of the public to negotiate payment terms
- Interacting with clients and colleagues, taking instructions and implementing those instructions
- Ensure the appropriate collection of cash process is followed, and subsequent accurate transfer in accordance with company procedure
- As necessary, communicate and effectively collaborate with removal contractors and auctioneers.
- Ensure all required case files and records are accurately maintained
Candidates requirements:
- IRRV and Bailiff certified
- Driving licence
- confident and persuasive, able to remain calm in difficult situations
- self motivated and able to manage their own workload
- numerate and able to complete reports and case files
- good interpersonal skills with people at all levels
- flexible approach to work hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £12.21-£21.60 per hour
