Waterlooville Community Centre (WACA CIO) is a vital, self-funded charity dedicated to enriching the lives of local residents. More than just a building, we are a bustling hub where community connections are made. Our facilities host a diverse range of activities, from fitness classes and social groups to private events and local club meetings. As a trustee-led organisation, we are committed to providing a welcoming and well-managed space that serves the varied needs of Waterlooville. We pride ourselves on being an essential local resource, run for and by the community.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to become the operational heart of our busy centre. This is a dynamic and demanding role that is crucial to our success. While many community centre roles are considered relaxed, this position is fast-paced and varied. The ideal candidate is a natural multi-tasker who excels at managing competing priorities and enjoys being at the centre of the action. You will report directly to the Centre Manager and play a key part in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
