Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundworker / Labourers with CCNSG to join our team. The Groundworker will play a crucial role in various construction and landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
- Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in groundwork or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with health and safety practices within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
