Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for residents
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Provide excellent guest services by being attentive to guests' needs and requests.
- Support the catering team during events by serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering area before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- Skills in culinary preparation or bartending are beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
