Role Overview
We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to support our dedicated kitchen team at an assisted living complex in East Grinstead, where we provide nutritious meals and a warm dining experience for our residents. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, assisting with food preparation and ensuring a clean and organised work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fruit platters, salads, and sandwiches for residents.
- Assist the chef with putting away orders and organising kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
- Support the team in ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
