The Team
We’re the engine behind the bucket - making sure every restaurant has what it needs, when it needs it. From sourcing ingredients to delivering packaging, furniture, and even marketing, our Supply Chain & Procurement team owns the journey from farm to fingers. We think big, challenge the status quo, and collaborate across the business to keep KFC running smoothly and growing strong.
About the role.
You will join the KFC Supply Chain Team as Supplier Performance Manager, working within the Food & Pack Team. You will play the essential role of being the Pivot between the Procurement Category Managers, our Pan- Europe Market’s and it suppliers ensuring a world – class, robust supply chain.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for managing specified categories, including Plastics and Consumables (Napkins, Cutlery, Straws) and other assigned categories. Approximately €20mn spend.
- Implement comprehensive Category Management processes for managed categories, ensuring robust procedures are followed to maximize value through to contract completion.
- Collaborate with the supply base and internal stakeholders to realize cost solutions through Buy Better and Spend Smarter initiatives.
- Conduct Supplier Management through business reviews and project-specific meetings.
- Assist the Category Manager with Buy Better and Spend Smarter projects.
- Support the Global YUM Packaging Category Team with information on building the Global Strategy.
- Share pricing data and explain inflation/deflation reasons to markets.
- Oversee Procurement for the EPR process.
- Ensure compliance with Packaging legislation alongside suppliers and Internal PI stakeholders.
Experience
- Experience in a fast- paced Supply Chain environment.
- Working with third party distributors and logistics organizations (not essential).
- Ideally Having worked with suppliers in Food, Beverage and Packaging Sectors previously.
- Had some Buying experience of small Categories/ spends.
- A background or experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics or Planning.
- High performing skills in EXCEL/ Power – Point.
