Homes Together offers residential care to young adults with varying needs who require full-time care and support.
We are currently looking for Casual Support Workers to work across 2 of our care homes in Knaresborough.
Typical shifts between 7.30am-10.00pm, Mon-Sun
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Assisting service users with all areas care and support which includes personal care
· Preparing meals and baking with service users
· Supporting service users on outings, social events and in the community
· Assisting with the day to day running of the home and domestic tasks
Requirements or Skills:
· Compassionate and enjoys interacting with people
· Warm and friendly disposition
· Positive attitude
· Genuine passion for providing care and support
Benefits:
· Minimum of £12.60/ph
- Additional £2/ph for weekend hours
