You will assist the chefs in preparation and service of food under the supervision of the Head Chef working together as a team

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Preparing, serving and clearing up after the preparation of all meals required for conferences and staff throughout the day.
Assist with the preparation and serving of all meals required for conferences and staff on duty each day.
Clean the kitchen areas and machinery, ensuring high standards of food hygiene within the kitchen.
Wash all kitchen pots and utensils used in the preparation and serving of food within your working area.
Be aware of all health and safety and hygiene regulations and adhere to them.
Carry out other tasks/duties as instructed by the duty/head chef.
Responsible for the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
Disposing of rubbish Working as a team member in a very busy environment
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
General work is split shifts morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends.
Working hours depending on the business needs.
Able to work flexible work patterns, including Bank Holiday, weekend and evening shifts as required
Fully supportive of the aims and Christian ethos of the Trust

Pay: £12.21 per hour
