- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
- Operate till and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment always.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels before, during, and after services.
- Check ID to ensure alcohol is not served to underage customer.
- Always follow licensing regulations and theatre policies.
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to patrons.
- Communicate effectively with the Duty Manager, Front of House team, and other departments.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
