Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Multi Trader to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll carry out a wide range of works, including carpentry, repairs, and general maintenance, on sites across the south west and occasionally further away.
The ideal candidate must be extremely neat and tidy in both their work and site conduct. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and respect for clients’ homes and properties is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, kitchens, flooring, etc.)
- General maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing and patch plastering
- Tiling and decorating
- Snagging and finishing work
- Keeping work areas clean and organised at all times
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in carpentry and general building trades
- Full, clean UK driving licence (company van may be provided)
- Own tools required (specialist tools will be provided)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be extremely neat, tidy, and respectful on-site
- Must be able and willing to work away occasionally
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
