Carpenter / Handyperson – £30K–£35K – London

We’re looking for a reliable and versatile Carpenter / Handyperson to join our growing property maintenance team. If you enjoy working on varied projects, take pride in your finishes, and can work both independently and as part of a team — we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
· First and second fix carpentry (doors, frames, skirting, flooring, etc.)
· Repairing or replacing timber structures and fittings
· Hanging doors, fitting locks, shelving, cupboards, boxing in pipework
· Assisting with general handyman tasks (repairs, fitting fixtures, minor tiling, etc.)
· Working across residential and commercial properties
· Keeping records of work completed and reporting issues as needed
What we’re looking for:
· A qualified or experienced carpenter or multi-skilled handyperson (min. 2 years’ experience)
· Good knowledge of tools, materials, and safe working practices
· Experience with general maintenance tasks is a bonus
· Full UK driving licence
· Right to work in the UK
· CSCS card preferred but not essential
· Good attention to detail and a tidy, professional finish
