HANDS-ON Workshop based with opportunities on UK and overseas installations & projects.
PERMANENT - FULL TIME POSITIONS
BASE SALARY RANGE:
£27,000 - £32,000 pa + Overtime & Extras
PLUS Substantial additional rates for Event Crew Work
LOCATION:
Thornborough, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire MK18

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Design, build, maintain and operate world leading “cool stuff” as part of a small, friendly team of great people dedicated to putting ‘smiles on faces’ and developing new skills every day.
We are expanding our multi-skilled team with HANDS-ON roles in the design, manufacture and delivery of our world leading range of event and amusement equipment. We require individuals who prefer being hands-on, have flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
We work with a vast range of materials and techniques including metals, timber, plastics, composites electronics, electrical and IT. Innovation runs through everything we do ensuring that our equipment performs to the highest possible standards.
Applicants must be/have:
· Practical and HANDS-ON in nature
· Professionally presented with excellent communication skills
· Reliable & punctual
· Experience of commonly used hand and power-tools.
· Flexibility and Enthusiastic to constantly innovate and develop new skills.

Carpentry, Metalwork, Mechanics (vehicle / machinery / agricultural), Welding, Event presentation and Hosting, Design Engineering, CNC Machining, HGV Bodybuilding, Vehicle Bodywork, Sign-making & Wrapping, Wiring Installation, Set building, Painting and decorating, Model Making, Plastic Moulding, Electrical & Electronic design and assembly, Intricate Soldering, Electrical/electronic Diagnostics (with multimeter), GRP Laminating, Creating Engineering Drawings, 3D CAD (AutoCAD) and 3D Printing, IT & Coding skills, CCTV Installation, Audio design etc.

HOURS/DAYS:
Mon-Friday with occasional weekends and regular opportunities for extended work at venues & overseas.
