Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team at Heritage Contract Services Ltd. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and manage supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and clients.
- Assist in setting up and taking down furniture for events or meetings as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
- To meet and greet hirers
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or caretaking roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Reliability and flexibility in working hours are essential.
- Will be required to work outside litter picking and opening /closing of park gates
- Must feel comfortable working with and around the general public
