Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in University of West London, St Mary's Rd, London W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £29,451.00 per annum and benefits package.


Shift Pattern:

Working Monday-Friday, alternating shift pattern


Week 1
7am-4pm,
Week 2
1pm-10pm,


Essential Criteria: Full UK Valid Driving License

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
TO PERFORM ALL THE DUTIES SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE AS PER BELOW INCLUDING AD-HOC REQUESTS FROM THE CLIENT BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL WHEN REQUIRED.

Example of typical Duties :

  • Setting up classrooms as per end user requirements
  • Setting up for large scale internal and external events including staging and bulky furniture
  • Setting up of exam rooms across all sites
  • Setting up for Open days, enrolment and Graduation ceremonies across all sites of the University of west
  • Setting up of student areas for practical activities
  • Maintenance of UWL grounds including litter picking, jet washing, grass cutting,
  • Daily maintenance check of all classrooms
  • Participation in walkarounds and site inspections in preparation for events
  • Assisting with the relocation of internal departments
  • Daily collection of Post from the depot
