Role Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing meaningful companionship, assisting with meals, and supporting clients in daily routines and light housework duties
- Supporting clients with medication, mobility, and daily routines
- Building trusted relationships that encourage independence and enhance quality of life
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Compassionate, dependable and enthusiastic about helping others
- Effective communicators with a positive attitude
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a nurturing team
Care experience is preferred, but not necessary, as we offer full training and support, regardless of experience.
Additional Requirements
As this is a mobile role, it is preferred (but not essential) that you have:
- A Full Valid Driving Licence
- Access to a reliable car, bike or other vehicle
