Job Summary
The Care Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care within our care home. This position involves supervising a dedicated team of caregivers, developing and implementing care plans, and fostering an environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of our residents. Duties
- Supervise and support the care team in delivering exceptional care to residents.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans tailored to meet the needs of each resident.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, residents, and their families.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and improve resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in resident conditions.
Skills
- Experience in a care home setting is essential.
