What You'll Be Doing
- Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Deliver person-centred care in line with tailored care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals.
- Accurately document care activities and update client progress using digital tools.
- Communicate effectively with family members, colleagues, and clients to ensure a high standard of care.
- Travel to clients’ homes across the community – a driving license is essential.
- Build trusted, supportive relationships through empathy, respect, and compassion.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for providing care and support.
- Friendly, warm, and approachable personality.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Previous care experience (personal or professional) preferred but not essential – we provide training.
Essential Requirements
- English language proficiency.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
