Are you currently feeling unappreciated in your current role? Are you looking for a fulfilling career in care, but unsure where to start? Don’t worry, Red Rose Care can help!
As a community Healthcare Assistant, you will make a huge difference to people, by undertaking tasks that you would normally do for yourself without thinking twice. You will be assisting our clients within their own homes, providing a range of different services such as companionship, shopping, and meal preparation; through to more specialist tasks such as assisting with personal care, medication administration and end of life care.
But we don’t just want you to make a difference to others, we want to make a difference to you. We want you to be as successful as possible throughout your career here at Red Rose Care, and we will work in partnership with you to ensure this happens. Through fantastic induction and ongoing training, shadowing shifts, regular one to ones, and building personal development plans based on your goals. Whether you have care experience or not, we will give you all the training and support that you need to succeed. You just need to have a positive attitude and a willingness to make a difference!
But don’t just take our word for it, see what some of our fantastic team say –
‘I have worked for numerous care companies over the years, and I can say this company is the best company I have worked for.’ - Alex
